One of my favorite subject…

Who am I you ask?  I am Georgia “Honeymoon” Johnson, simply known as Georgia Honeymoon.  I am Director of Sales and Marketing for AMT American Express Travel’s Wedding Division.  I began working in the travel industry in 2001.  Working my way from a lowly secratary, I am now spear heading this new venture.

Now that all the boring stuff is out of the way…

What is really exciting for me is combining my two great passions:  Travel and Weddings.  I have been obsessed with weddings ever since I became hooked on a show called “Whose Wedding is it Anyways?”  It occured to me that I could become a part of this industry by creating a division that solely focused on Honeymoons and Destination Weddings.  While I have tons of experience in these areas, I am gaining insights to the Wedding Industry and those lovely people who are “engaged” with planning one of the biggest events of their lives!  So, because I am such a talker, I thought I would share…
